New ‘Panic! At the Disco’ album turns heads and sheds tears

Brendon Urie the frontman of the pop/rock band, Panic! At the Disco, comes back and delivers the bands 5th studio album. According to after the bands’ many lineup changes Urie finally decided to go solo and produce the record with his own ideas and talents. Madison Vain of interviewed the new soloist, asking questions of how Panic! came to be and what we can expect in the new album.


The author was able to get some original quotes from Urie such as him referencing Kanye West and his collaborations with Rivers Cuomo. The author of the article references about his writing and how he enjoys the process more since he gets to work with himself and not have to ask bandmates what they think. Urie also revealed some of his background as a child and how he got into the music scene, “I would be in my room listening to music or sneaking music that I wasn’t allowed to listen to or reading books that I wasn’t supposed to read. This album was a touch back to the past.”
